Fly me to the moon Vimana

Fly me to the moon Vimana
History is the witness that testifies to the passing of time; it illumines reality, vitalizes memory, provides guidance in daily life and brings us tidings of antiquity. - Cicero
To more easily describe the aircraft in Utah and the one I am flying I will go to the past, for a lively description about this little known history.
The Vedic literature of India, contains many descriptions of flying machines that are generally called vimanas. These fall into two categories: manmade craft that resemble airplanes and fly with the aid of birdlike wings, and cylinder, disc like structures that fly in a mysterious manner and are generally not made by human beings.
In the ancient documents, written in Sanskrit, especially one called "Vimanika", written by Bharadvajy and found in 1875 inside an old Indian temple, describe how to build "vimanas", a celestial chariot, how to pilot one and so on. In other documents it is said that certain gods traveled and ruled everywhere on their vimanas.
The Ramayana describes a Vimana as a double-deck, circular (cylindrical) aircraft with portholes and a dome. It flew with the speed of the wind and gave forth a melodious sound (a humming noise?). Ancient Indian texts on Vimanas are so numerous it would take several books to relate what they have to say. The ancient Indians themselves wrote entire flight manuals on the control of various types of Vimanas, of which there were basically four: the Shakuna Vimana, the Sundara Vimana, the Rukma Vimana and the Tripura Vimana.
From another ancient manuscript concerning the Vimanas: The secret of constructing airplanes, which will not break, which cannot be cut, will not catch fire, and cannot be destroyed. The secret of making planes motionless. The secret of making planes invisible. The secret of hearing conversations and other sounds in enemy planes. The secret of receiving photographs of the interior of enemy planes. The secret of ascertaining the direction of enemy planes approach. The secret of making persons in enemy planes lose consciousness. The secret of destroying enemy planes. Sanskrit texts are filled with references to gods who fought battles in the sky using Vimanas equipped with weapons as deadly as any we can deploy in these more enlightened times. For example, there is a passage in the Ramayana which reads: ''The Puspaka car that resembles the Sun and belongs to my brother was brought by the powerful Ravan; that aerial and excellent car going everywhere at will.... that car resembling a bright cloud in the sky''.
Compelling but seeing is indeed, believing.
But perhaps the most disturbing and challenging, information about these allegedly mythical Vihmanas in the ancient records is that there are some matter-of-fact records, describing how to build one. In their way, the instructions are quite precise.
In the Laws of the Babylonians it states quite unambiguously: ''The privilege of operating a flying machine is great. The knowledge of flight is among the most ancient of our inheritances. A gift from 'those from upon high'. We received it from them as a means of saving many lives.''
Like the appearance of a rainbow in the clouds on a rainy day, so was the radiance around him. This was the appearance of the likeness of the glory of the LORD. When I saw it, I fell facedown, and I heard the voice of one speaking. - Ezekiel 1:28
The Hebrew prophet Ezekiel was a captive of Nebuchadnezzar, King of Babylon, and was transported to Mesopotamia (Iraq) in 597 BCE. On four occasions he had visions that some writers think were of extraterrestrial vehicles. These are recounted in Chapters 1, 8, 10, and 43. The first description reads in part as follows: 'A whirlwind came out of the north, a great cloud, and a fire infolding itself, and a brightness was about it, and out of the mist thereof as the color of amber, out of the midst of the fire.' From this, Joseph F. Blumrich, a senior executive at NASA's Marshall Spaceflight Center, reconstructed the 'spacecraft' Ezekiel saw: according to Blumrich, it was an elaborate device like a quadruple helicopter.
While I was speaking and praying, confessing my sin and the sin of my people Israel and making my request to the LORD my God for his holy hill while I was still in prayer, Gabriel, the man I had seen in the earlier vision, came to me in swift flight about the time of the evening sacrifice. Daniel 9:20-21
He cast upon them the fierceness of his anger, wrath, and indignation, and trouble, by sending evil angels among them - Psalm 78:49
That is how angels fly. The wing are only a symbol.
Now mankind has the machines, but for how long?
Soon I will take my machine to 27-59-16 N 86-56-40 E I am told to park it at precisely 298 feet.
